"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size bracelet and had to send it back for an exchange. The whole process was sorta simple, and the new one showed up faster than I expected. No fuss at all, and I’m happy with it.

"Good products, but the customs fee is what I remember most"
I liked what I ordered and the items themselves were nice, but the last thing that happened was getting hit with import fees, so that kind of spoiled it for me. The order was fine overall, but it ended up costing more than I expected because of customs.

"So comfortable I forget I’m wearing it"
I picked up a bracelet from Trendhim it’s been great. It’s really comfortable, doesn’t rub, and doesn’t feel heavy at all, even after wearing it all day at work. What more do you really want from a bracelet? The fit is good too, so I’m happy with it. Would I order again? Yeah, definitely.

I ordered from Trendhim and delivery was really reliable. I got update when it shipped, and it turned up on the day they said it would. No messing about or having to chase anything. The item was packed fine too, so yeah, I’d use them again.

Checkout was easy. I paid by card, and it went through right away, no random errors or having to type everything in again, which was a nice relief.
The payment page was clear enough too, and I got the confirmation email almost straight after. So yeah, simple process, no complaints from me.

"Easy to Use and Super Straightforward"
I had a really good experience using the site. As someone who can get impatient when shopping online, I appreciated that everything was easy to find and the filters actually helped me narrow things down without clicking around forever. The pages loaded quickly, checkout was simple, and the clear photos made it a lot easier to decide what I wanted. No real issues at all, I’d definitely use it again.

"Good range, but trust your instinct while browsing"
I had a decent experience with Trendhim overall. They’ve got a solid range of accessories and plenty of styles to look through, which is nice. That said, after a while some of the items started to feel a bit similar, and I couldn’t quite find a few simpler pieces I had in mind. I’d say it’s worth checking out, but trust your instinct when browsing because the variety depends a bit on what you’re looking for

"Refund got sorted in the end"
I had to send something back because it just wasn’t really right for me. The refund did take a few more days than I was hoping, which was a bit annoying, but customer service got back to me and it all got sorted eventually. Wasn’t perfect, but it was fair enough, I’d probably order from them again.

The item itself was totally fine, but... the shipping cost wasn’t really clear until I got to checkout. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kind of wish I could’ve seen it earlier before getting that far.

"Not really worth what I paid"
It felt overpriced for what you get. The quality just wasn’t there, and I ended up having to put in extra effort to make it work the way I expected, which was frustrating.

The engraving came out really clean and looks nice. This took a little longer than I was expecting, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"I really like the look of…"
I really like the look of Trendhim’s stuff. The designs feel modern without being too flashy, which is exactly my kind of style. It’s easy to find pieces that are a bit different but still not over the top, and everything has a clean, put-together feel. The colours on the site seem accurate too, so I’d definitely shop there again

"Thinner than I thought"
I don’t know, maybe I missed something in the details, but I expected the bracelet to be a bit thicker from the photos/description. When it arrived, it was thin. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really what I had in mind

"Arrived Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from Trendhim expecting the delivery to take a little longer, but the parcel actually showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was decent too, so I wasn’t left guessing where it was. The only thing that felt a bit underwhelming was the packaging, it was plain compared to what I expected. Still, overall the delivery speed was really good, so I’d give it 4 stars.
